Yup, we’re back!

We stumbled on this place last year when we came in search of an Ikan Celup Tepung (ICT, which literally means fish that is dipped in flour or batter) stall here in the area known as Teluk Ketapang.

Coincidentally Cat’s very old and best friend lives nearby, but on this occasion she was not able to join us. Getting here is a breeze, just head to the general vicinity of the Sultan Mahmud Airport, punch in the coordinates we provided and you’re here in no time.

yes

we're back

for some ICT fun

As if time stood still, and same as last year We ordered two Rastrelliger Mackerels and a plate of Squid all done in the ICT way. This time we held back on the Oyster mushrooms, which we didn’t enjoy the last time around.

mackerel...

keropok lekor

calamari

all done in the distinct ICT style

We added ten sticks of Keropok Lekor for good measure. Why the rather diminutive order? Apparently the Laksa we had at Kak Midah earlier was still taking its time to digest.

various beverages

to wash it down

Tomorrow is our penultimate day in Kuala Terengganu, and with an early dinner done and dusted we’re hoping for an early night’s sleep in order to be fresh for tomorrow’s adventures.
