It’s time for us to leave Melaka and make our way back to Kuala
Lumpur (and back to the drudgery of work and school). However, since becoming
acquainted with Baba Charlie we made sure to drop by for a sampling of their
most excellent variety of local 1Nyonya cakes.

We came before 10:30am (before their official business hours) and was pleasantly surprised to find it open, and with no other customers in sight!

Despite its growing popularity Baba Charlie remains a family business with (what we suspect to be) every family involved in one way or another in its daily operations.

Less talk, more photos… I guess?
