We woke up very early the next morning to witness the sunrise over Hatta from the comfort of our room, since it was a chilly 14 degrees Celcius outside.
| 6am in Hatta |
| refreshing morning air |
We had breakfast at the resort’s very own
Cafe Gazebo, which
is
“perfectly perched above the pool level, offering panoramic mountain views.
Energize your morning with a buffet breakfast spread or unwind over delicious
light bites served throughout the day.” We were ready to be energised.
| we were among the first ones |
| Gazebo Cafe |
| before the 'mayhem' |
| overlooking the pool |
| too chilly to take a dip |
| we're off to the buffet table |
| yeah! |
We were amazed to find out that the café served both kosher
and non-kosher breakfast spreads. And in the UAE too, imagine that!
| we started out with the kosher spread |
| that we enjoyed immensely |
| Cat's rather diminutive portion |
| was this Sern's? |
| some non-kosher bacon on the side |
| or was this Sern's? |
| my hearty breakfast |
| latte all around |
| really hit the spot |
All tuckered up we wondered around a bit before heading out to explore all that Hatta had
to offer, which interestingly enough included a dam and a heritage village.
| found all around the resort |
| what are they called again? |
| right, let's off to Hatta town |
| our trusty stead! |
Let's go paddle in a lake!
