Kuala Terengganu Trip Day 2!

A little over half an hour into our morning walkabout we reached Pasar Kedai Payang and decided to explore the myriad of food stalls. We looked to have Nasi Dagang for breakfast and soon found Warung Kak Sal serving exactly just that.

A diminutive stall, Warung Kak Sal sells Nasi Dagang, Nasi Minyak, Pulut Kuning (or as we call it, Nasi Kunyit) and even Nasi Ayam. We ordered two plates of Nasi Dagang and a plate of Nasi Minyak from the stall next door. We also ordered two glasses of Iced Tea, a glass of Nescafe and a glass of Kopi Radix. We sat down to enjoy our authentic Terengganu breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

The entire breakfast came to RM20.50 (approximately USD5/EUR4) which in our minds was still very reasonably priced. Breakfast out of the way we resumed our morning walkabout, hoping to catch a boat across the river.

So please stay tuned!
